THANK YOU!

Hi everyone,

First things first: THANK YOU.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to everyone who donated to Nutmeg Creation's 2017 Fringe tour. I ended up making over $1500 from donations. This paid for my flights and production costs, and allowed me to focus on creating good quality art. I levelled up artistically and professionally this summer, and you were a big part in that.

Here's a quick breakdown of what happened:

PERISCOPE hit over 30 performances and ran in 3 different cities (Montreal, Winnipeg, Vancouver). It got phenomenal reviews, and MAPS Canada came to see the show, so we'll see what comes of that connection!

NOT ENOUGH got its Toronto DEBUT. We had a thoroughly successful run, and Mooney on Theatre named it one of its Top Toronto Fringe Show picks! Even better, we had the chance to get excellent footage that we are putting together to submit to regional theatres, mental health organizations, and youth groups to engage in conversation. We're now moving forward with submitting to organizations: If you know anyone who could benefit from producing theatre designed to engage conversation and community, I'd love to hear from you!

THE ANXIETY SHOW expanded to Montreal and Toronto, and raised over $200 in donations for mental health organizations. CUTV made a promo video, which you can watch here!:

And all of this was possible YOU and your donations! You are the incredible humans who are making a difference in your world, your community. Thank YOU for supporting the creation of new theatre we all work towards de-stigmatizing Mental Illness together. BA-BAHM!
