THE ANXIETY SHOW is made up of storytelling, standup, and variety-style comedy. Each episode features booked comedians and open mic participants (THAT'S YOU!) sharing on a different mental health trigger. Because better out than in! RIGHT?! So if it's gonna suck, it might as well suck with others.

The show has toured Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver. Our shows sell out, so nab your ticket early!
